If you're looking for a great dental surgery with a friendly, caring and supportive team, then I wholeheartedly recommend Sarum Dental Practice. I hadn't been to the dentists in many years, but plucked up the courage and haven't regretted it. The level of care I have received from Neal and his team has been exceptional, and all done with a real care and concern for the patient. I wouldn't use any other dentist and wish I had found them years ago.read more

Absolutely amazing service. I Went in to have a check up on Friday having just been taken on as a new NHS patient, I explained that I have been in pain for a few weeks. They did the check up and then another dentist came in and very kindly reopened his surgery to do an emergency temporary repair to ease the pain which I wasn't expecting on the day. I had explained that I was extremely nervous and don't like the dentist they put me at ease every step of the way and were very understanding and patient with me. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and fantastic service. Everyone including the receptionist were supportive and make you feel at ease.read more

Absolutely can't recommend this practice, and particularly Neal enough. I first visited a few months ago with my teeth not in a great state and was soon reassured. Neal took so much time and care explaining everything to me, outlining different options and the recommended the best way forwards and made me feel involved in the decision process the whole way through. All the treatments I have had have been a really stress- and pain-free experience, and he's even cured me of my phobia of root canal treatment along the way 🙂 All the staff, including the receptionists and dental nurses are really friendly and professional and Neal has been incredible, really feel he goes above and beyond for his patients, making them feel at ease and making the experience a good one. I couldn't be happier with the experience I've had of Sarum Dental Practise, and of Neal's expert and professional work.read more

Hi I actually attend the Lister Hse practice in Harlow Essex but wanted people in Salisbury to know what a fantastic dentist Neal Mehta is. I can highly recommend him especially if you are nervous or have had previous bad experiences with a dentist, I've had numerous treatments including removal of teeth, new dentures for top, and recently minor surgery for removal of a very small piece of root all of these procedures were done pain free efficiently and I was made to feel totally at ease . I can totally say I count myself very blessed to have Neal as my dentistread more

Awesome dental surgery , I was without a doubt an absolute dental phobic!!!!. But after research I found this practice and am so glad I did , I met Neha who listened to my concerns and together we agreed a treatment plan , which I am still undertaking and I can honestly say without her patience , reassurance and skill I would not of been able to have gone through the treatment I have had so far .
All staff I have come into contact with have been very friendly and accommodating and I highly recommend this surgery 😀😀😀read more

I've been to this practice twice now, both times when in need of emergency treatments, and I have been extremely pleased with the service on both occasions.
The practice is very accomodating, and the information on options available, including the prices, were given clearly.
All the staff I have met have been both friendly and professional, and the environment was spotless.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.read more

Inexperienced... incompetent, they're friendly enough but sadly they are totally incompetent. I'd rather be seen by someone who doesn't smile much but actually treats me properly the first time around, without having to go back as they are sloppy, even with a simple composite filling job! On another visit, had to go back again later as they messed up again (different dentist!). They seem to be learning as they go along, or maybe if they're not a young practice then they're just bad. I was glad to find an nhs practice in Salisbury accepting new patients but I can see why now!! If you are an nhs patient and can't get registered anywhere at least you'll get a friendly smile and you might feel better for being seen, but if you want real work done and/or private treatment, R U N !

Neal and all his team give excellent care and high quality treatments. They were superb recently when I needed 3 emergency appointments. I saw Georgina, Neha and Neal for emergency treatments at short notice for a cracked tooth which had become infected. They and the nurses explained everything they were going to do, which put me at ease, and the treatments including an extraction were all painfree - amazing! I am just so pleased and I am recommending them to everyone.read more

It was great from the moment that I opened the door until I left. I have never had a dental consult like the one I had last week with Dr Neal Mehta and Andrea in my whole life. Very professional. They spent 30 - 40 minutes checking me, doing X-rays and taking pictures. Then Dr Neal explained me absolutely everything that was wrong with me and gave me the best plan of action. Andrea was there making sure I was understanding everything (her Spanish is amazing!). Last technology equipment, all clean and super friendly staff. I have been only once and I look forward to go back again. I can't recommend this place strongly enough. They are a 10 out of 10.read more

A fantastic practice. Friendly, helpful and professional staff and service all round. Georgina and Andrea couldn't have been nicer. Thank you for allaying nerves and making the whole experience (almost!) fun. I found this dental practice about 18 months ago, when my daughter came for emergency treatment, as our dentist was unable to see her! Following that, I decided to change dentists. After a consultation with Neal regarding my own teeth, I went on the Invisilign program. I can't say the process has been easy but with the expertise and professionalism of Neal and the team at Sarum Dental Practice, my teeth are perfectly aligned and better than I had ever imagined, I am so happy with the result. I have always found everyone there to be professional, friendly and reassuring and would definitely recommend them.read more
