Dr. Raj is the Principal Dentist and Partner at Sarum Dental Practice, where he has been proudly caring for patients since 2015. He is also a Partner at Lister House Dental Centre in Harlow, Essex.

Graduating with Honours in Dentistry from Cardiff University in 2010, he went on to achieve membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons (MFDS) in Edinburgh. He has continued to build on his skills through postgraduate training in dental education, implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. His implant training has included a modular course with the Moor Park Specialist Dental Academy, where he gained valuable experience placing implants in a hospital setting in Brazil, as well as a PGCert in Implant Dentistry with the Osstem Academy.

Dr. Raj has a strong interest in orthodontics, particularly Invisalign and Align Orthodontics, and enjoys helping patients transform their smiles with minimally invasive treatments such as composite bonding and veneers. He has completed advanced training in composite techniques with highly respected clinicians in the field. Alongside his clinical work, he is also an Educational Supervisor, supporting and mentoring newly qualified dentists in primary care.

Neal is the owner and partner of two family-run dental practices – Sarum Dental Practice in Salisbury and Lister House Dental Centre in Harlow. With a special interest in dental implants, Invisalign® treatment, and a variety of cosmetic procedures such as composite bonding, he enjoys helping patients improve both the health and appearance of their smiles.

He is also dedicated to supporting the next generation of dentists, having been a foundation trainer for newly qualified dentists for more than seven years. Mentoring younger colleagues and watching them grow into confident professionals is something he finds especially rewarding.

Outside of practice life, Neal has been involved in charitable work, including a placement in a rural Ghanaian village where he provided essential dental care to communities with limited access to treatment.

Arjun qualified with an honours degree from Bristol Dental School before becoming an associate at Sarum Dental Practice in 2021

Arjun is committed to continuing education and learning to improve his skills and knowledge. He achieved a postgraduate diploma in aesthetic and restorative dentistry after 2 years of additional study and currently studies at the prestigious University of Cambridge alongside his work here at Sarum.

He particularly enjoys restorative dentistry as well as root canal treatment, previously winning awards in both domains. He also offers aesthetic and orthodontic treatments using the Invisalign clear aligner system.

Aside from life as a dentist, Arjun is keen sportsperson, loving football, running and swimming. He also enjoys playing the piano and travelling.

Outside of dentistry, she has a passion for travelling and exploring new places. She also enjoys going for walks, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Jassar qualified as a dentist in Netherlands in 2003. For 11 years, he was the owner of 8 private practices, dedicating his time not only to providing the best treatment possible but also to supervising and training more than 50 dentists. He served as the principal, clinical director, mentor, and coach in VT equivalent dentist programs. Pursuing his passion for teaching, he was then appointed as a Head Teacher and lecturer at the Dental Nursing Academy.

He has been working in the United Kingdom since 2015, limiting his practice to Endodontic referrals. Jassar is a leading expert in the field of root canal therapy, having established himself across a network of elite dental clinics throughout the south of England providing first-class endodontic patient care.

Jassar is a member of both the British Endodontic Society and The American Association of Endodontists. He is married with two children and has been an avid Real Madrid fan since childhood.

Leena has a vast amount of experience working within hospital, pharmaceutical and educational settings, which helped her gain enhanced care experience with a wide range of people of all ages, races, and disabilities. After gaining valuable experience in multiple different care settings, Leena has completed a dental therapy and dental hygiene degree at the University of Portsmouth.

Now, Leena primarily works within the Southampton and Salisbury region, with a speciality in working with nervous patients or those with dental anxiety. Leena has enhanced her anxiety management skills by working at the Royal South Hants Special Care dental unit and completing further training courses and research around dental anxiety management.

In Leena’s spare time she visits primary schools within the local community to deliver oral health education to encourage the prevention of oral illnesses from a young age and improve public health.

Jhorna qualified as a Dental Therapist from the University of Portsmouth in 2023, and is now providing Dental Hygienist services at Sarum.

Prior to qualifying as a Dental Therapist, Jhorna gained a passion for Oral Health Education while working as a dental nurse at a specialist orthodontic dental practice. Jhorna then decided to pursue further education into becoming a Dental Therapist, where she gained experience with working with a wide range of demographics through various placements and community work.

Additionally, Jhorna has a special interest in the management of dental anxiety, and has carried out further research and training on this topic. Some of Jhorna’s interests outside of work include art, fashion, and cats.

Lynne joined the practice in 2022, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and administration, along with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care. As Practice Manager, she oversees daily operations, manages the dental team, and ensures the practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on creating a positive and patient-centered experience.

Known for her attention to detail and approachable manner, Lynne works closely with the clinical team to maintain high standards of care and service. She is proud to support the clinic’s mission of providing exceptional oral health services in a warm, welcoming environment.

Outside of work, Lynne enjoys dance classes, going to concerts, and supporting her local football team.
